My goal is always to facilitate the changes you wish to see in your life, working collaboratively within the abilities and limitations of your lifestyle and needs.

From an early age, I have been passionate about nutrition and health. I believe a whole foods based diet, combined with exercise, stress-management, and healthy relationships are the keys to preventing many of today’s chronic health issues.

I specialise in addressing gastrointestinal issues such as IBS, reflux, and bloating, food intolerances and mental health issues including fatigue, mood problems, anxiety, stress, depression and concentration, weight regulation, chronic disease prevention, diet planning and health and wellness coaching.

I have a thorough understanding of recent diet trends including diets for weight loss, disease management, and health and wellbeing. Many of these diets can pose problems if not followed correctly.

I can help with the nutritionally sound implementation of diets such as:
