Suggested Use & Warnings

Directions for Use

Usage:

Dissolve

a generous half teaspoon of non-iodised salt with 1 cup tepid (body

temperature) distilled or boiled pure water. Never use untreated tap

water. Standing over a sink or bath or outdoors, tilt your head sideways

so that your ear faces the floor. While breathing through the mouth,

insert the spout into one nostril and breath evenly while the solution

makes its way through the sinuses and out the opposite nostril. Allow a

continuous flow until half the solution has been used. Repeat on the

opposite side. To conclude, gently blow excess water from the nose,

without using the fingers. Once all dripping has been cleared, blow

gently using a tissue to remove any residual moisture.
