What is a Counsellor?

A counsellor evaluates your strengths and limitations in an objective but helpful manner to provide tools for maintaining your emotional health. Our Counsellors include techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT and Self Compassion to support emotional well-being and performance enhancement.
