4 tbsp LSA mix or 1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp (mixed seeds – pumpkin and sunflower seeds)
2 tbsp raw cacao
2 heaped tbsp almond butter
3 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp rice malt syrup (can also use honey, 4 dates or vanilla bean paste to taste)
Melt coconut oil in microwave or stovetop. In a mixing bowel mix dry and wet ingredients to create a dough consistency. If too wet or dry just add more water/dry ingredients. Roll into balls and refrigerate. EASY!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (Medi Restore in clinic)
½ frozen banana, small handful of blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed meal
1 tsp MCT oil
1 tbsp Nut butter
1 teaspoon raw cacao
1 teaspoon of honey or stevia granule/drops
Cacao nibs, sunflower seeds, pepitas (for decoration + superfood powers)
Blend and enjoy!
