Melrose MCT Brain Power contains higher amounts of caprylic acid (C8), which converts more efficiently into ketone energy and is used by the brain and body faster than other fats. Directions for Use
Serving suggestion: Start with 1/2-1 teaspoon per day. After one week slowly increase dosage by 1/2-1 teaspoon per day. Do not exceed maximum of 2 tablespoons per dosage.
Flavour free oil for everyday use. Can be taken straight, added to hot drinks, smoothies food and salad dressings.
For best results, take as part of a low carbohydrate diet.
