All consultations below are one hour. Every price shown is the total you pay on the day — new patient fees already include the $165 Wellness Kickstarter, so there is nothing to add on.
Naturopathy
Combining mainstream medicine with evidence-based complementary medicine to achieve optimal health outcomes. This whole-person model focuses on the root causes of illness and is useful for preventive health care, complex and chronic illness.
Commonly our naturopaths find answers that have often been overlooked. We understand that when you suffer with chronic illness you have often been to a variety of health practitioners with little or no improvement. Our practitioners focus on identifying and treating the cause rather than the symptoms alone, and on supporting the body to heal itself by strengthening its own systems.

60 minutes on screen. Medicare rebate applies*.
Health & lifestyle coaching
Your health coach is your key contact. They fill the gap between your practitioners and your treatment plans, making sure you have the tools to make those vital changes — nutritionally, behaviourally, emotionally and environmentally. Your health coach is essential in helping you stay motivated and on track, so you achieve real and lasting health transformation.
Other medical services
Existing patients of Dr Ash only. Shorter appointments and administrative items, available once you are under her care.
Medicare rebates. Rebates apply to medical consultations with Dr Ash only, and only where you hold a valid Medicare card and any referral requirements have been met. The amount shown is the rebate you claim back from Medicare, not a discount we apply — you pay the full fee on the day and Medicare reimburses you. Naturopathy, nutrition and health coaching do not attract a Medicare rebate; some private health funds cover them, so check your policy.
The Wellness Kickstarter ($165) is your health analysis, diet and treatment plan, completed before your first appointment so your practitioner starts with the whole picture. It is charged once, with your first consultation, and is already included in every new patient price above.
Longer or shorter appointments are charged pro rata.
